A Lounge room bike build

I'm doing it as cheap as possible, cleaned up scrap parts and if i can bodge it i will! Anyway, its a 'lounge room bike build' :o)

 

I removed engine, stripped and painted frame.

Shocks were very rusty but instead of buying new ones as they are still servicable...

i have wire wool'd the rust off to the best i can. Besides i like the vintage look. Finding parts is quite tricky, but i'm finding that a lot of parts are interchangable with other Kawasaki's.

Wheels were shot, so removed, stripped and repainted.

Again, calipers were naff as the piston stuck out so have found replacements and dressed them up a bit with hi temp caliper paint.

Replacement engine is working but was very shabby, so completely degreased and then engine enameled. I just need a gasket for top cover before its complete.
