Local charity Calvert Trust Exmoor is sponsoring the event at the Braunton Recreation Ground. Previous visitors to past Wheels Event will remember that all modes of transport were on display at the show - ancient bicycles and double decker buses, motor bikes and vintage cars, steam engines and tractors etc. In fact anything with wheels is welcome. The day should be a great family fun day as in addition to all the wheeled exhibits there will be amusements for all the family, trade stands, charity stalls and refreshments. The organisers would be pleased to hear from anyone who would like to display their "wheels" at the event. Also traders and charities are welcome to contact the organiser on the number/email below. Ticket Prices In advance £16.00 From 6pm on the night £17.50 Other Information
Auditorium Standing Live/Wire are the AC/DC show with a big difference
both the Bon Scott & Brian Johnson eras of the band are portrayed by
two different singers, in the same explosive, two hour plus concert.
The band bring the full size AC/DC show to the fore, complete with the
Cannons, the Hells Bell, the walkways and the stunning backdrops & drapes.
Add a rock hard rhythm section and ‘Angus Lorne’ cutting the rug as
Angus Young and it’s a no-brainer as to why this band is the hardest
working in the UK of its kind. You’ll hear all the classics from ‘Whole
Lotta Rosie’ & ‘Highway To Hell’ to ‘Thunderstruck’ & ‘Back In Black’.
There are no cutting corners with Live/Wire, it’s the full on show.
